Phyllostachys Aureosulcata

Common Name:  Crookstem or Yellow Groove or Zig Zal Culms

Reaches 26 Ft. in height and 1 1/2 In. in diameter, can withstand temperatures to -8 degrees F.

This variety is green with yellow stripes on culms, shoots are edible.  It dislikes windy conditions.

The variety is a runner.
